Well... some of the items showed up a bit dry and didn’t seem very fresh. I was hoping for better quality.

I ordered from Tobacco General after I made the payment, I started feeling a bit unsure about the whole thing. I had a question about my order, but it took way too long to get any kind of response. When they finally replied, it was really short and didn’t actually answer much, so I had to reach out again. That just made me trust the process even less. The website itself was fine to use, but the customer service needs to be a lot faster and more helpful. Not the worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t say I felt very confident after ordering.
